Timely input after hospital. Building strength, mobility and independence with patience and clear progress notes.

Used for pain relief alongside physio. Soft tissue, frozen shoulder, spinal pain, tennis elbow, migraines.

Ultrasound, TENS, interferential and muscle stimulation where they help spasm, pain and range of motion.
Home visits for musculoskeletal care, post-hospital recovery and geriatric support across Ilford and nearby Essex. Same Chartered standards. Your own chair.

The clinic
First Rehabilitation and Physiotherapy Centre Ltd has looked after patients on Cranbrook Road since 2007. Chartered Society of Physiotherapy. Health and Care Professions Council registered.
Book directly. For some private insurance claims (such as Aviva or Bupa) a GP referral may still be needed. We accept referrals from employers, solicitors, insurers, occupational health, consultants and GPs.
Weekday evenings until 8pm. Saturdays open. Built for people who work.
Chaperones welcome. Female clinicians on request. Clear explanations before you undress for assessment.

Cancellations: 24 hours notice required. Late changes or no-shows are charged at the full fee.
Insurance: We can invoice your medical insurer on your behalf, or provide a receipt if you pay and reclaim. The clinic is not responsible for unpaid claims.
Session length: First assessment with plan ~60 mins. Follow-ups ~45-50 mins.
